This track was recorded at Eden Studio - London and was produced by Adam Kidron who had worked with Orange Juice and Scritti Politti. It was remixed at Trident Studio - London by Steve Short. The song evolved from one of the earliest Birtles/Barrow compositions and was augmented and embellished by O'Hara and Sargent. It was a live favourite and was the Laurel's first release for WEA Records in 1982. The single attracted heavy rotational Radio One airplay but failed to trouble the compilers of the national chart.
Gaz Birtles: Lead vocals - Alto saxophone
John Barrow: Tenor saxophone - backing vocals
